A college preparatory school for over 50 years, the school is an approved Vermont Independent School, accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). Their curriculum emphasizes the development of critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity. These aspects assist students in forging connections between their learning and the ‘big picture.’ Students benefit from small student-teacher ratios and a blended-learning model, which enhance their ability to remain connected and engaged in academics.

Killington Mountain School is a US Ski Team Gold Club and Center of Excellence and provides year-round programming using the best practices in youth sports development, firmly rooted in sports science. They serve grades 6 through 12th and Post-Graduate students with their academy offerings. Our Full-Term, Winter-Term, and Boost Programs provide building-block choices for families as they partner with them in their child’s athletic and academic journeys. For younger and aspiring athletes, they offer a robust Development Program, providing the foundation for a lifelong love of alpine ski racing.
