Overnight rainfall has shuffled the Friday downhill training program, pushing the women’s schedule by two hours and canceling men’s training.

Originally scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. local time, the women’s program has been bumped to a 2 p.m. start.

Thursday’s completed men’s downhill training was an official training, meaning the men’s downhill medal event can go ahead as planned with an 11:45 a.m. local time start to open the 2010 Olympic Winter Games for alpine skiing on Saturday. A third downhill training run for the women’s super combined will precede the men’s race at 9 a.m. PT.

NBCOlympics.com will carry live streaming of Friday’s women’s downhill training.
