The World University Games is an international multi-sport event, organized for university athletes by the International University Sports Federation (FISU). The next installment of winter competition will take place in Granada, Spain from Feb. 4-14, 2015. The U.S. alpine team has enjoyed a great deal of success in the past 50 years of attendance at this premiere university event, collecting a number of podium finishes.

This event brings athletes from all over the world to compete in an Olympic-type environment and provides a unique opportunity for intercollegiate skiers and coaches to experience something similar to the Olympic Games.
