Venue 1 – (ski jumping) Pragelato

Location
The venue is located in the village of Pragelato (altitude 1,524 meters) about 80 kilometers from Torino, on the right side of the Torrente Chisone facing the hamlet of Rivets. During the competition period, the facility will extend temporarily to the other side of the river (approximately 14,000 sq m). It is located a few kilometers from Sestriere and is linked to Torino and Pinerolo by the SS 23 road.

Description of the facilities
The facilities include two competition jumping hills (LH and NH), plus three training jumping hills (K15, K30, K60). The complex will also include facilities for the athletes, the Olympic family, sponsors and the public.

During the Olympic Games, a permanent building will accommodate several functions with all the necessary facilities: offices and meeting rooms, administrative and safety personnel offices, refreshments, press conference room. The venue media center will be located in a temporary tent.

Location
The venue will be located in the village of Pragelato (altitude 1,524 metres) about 80 kilometers from Torino. The course is situated in the Val Chisone between the hamlets of Pattemouche and Granges. It is located a few kilometers from Sestriere and is linked to Torino and Pinerolo by SS 23 road.

Description of the facilities
The course will consist of a 10 km loop with different deviations. During the Games, the ‘Cross-Country Centre’ will provide service facilities for the technical staff and jury including: Results Room, Timekeepers Room, Jury Room, Technical Delegates’ Room, Secretary and Rest Room.
