Tor Arne Hetland of Norway won a sprint to take the fourth leg of the inaugural cross-country Tour de Ski on Friday.

ASIAGO, Italy — Tor Arne Hetland of Norway won a sprint to take the fourth leg of the inaugural cross-country Tour de Ski on Friday.
    Hetland entered the final sprint in front and held on in a photo finish to beat Thobias Fredriksson of Sweden by 0.1 seconds. Hetland covered the 1.2-kilometer course in 2 minutes, 27.3 seconds.
    Petter Northug of Norway was third, 0.6 behind.
    Tobias Angerer of Germany finished last in the B final, but held onto his lead in the overall standings.
    Virpi Kuitunen of Finland won the women's race in 2:44.2 to vault atop the overall standings. Marit Bjoergen of Norway finished second, 0.4 seconds behind. Arianna Follis of Italy, who led for most of the race, took third, 0.8 back.
    The Tour de Ski concludes in Val Di Fiemme with mass start races Saturday and a climb Sunday.
