VIDEO: Catching up with Jared Goldberg

The 2014 Olympic season could easily be described as a breakout year for the U.S. Ski Team’s Jared Goldberg. In addition to making his first Olympic team, where he finished top 20 in super combined, downhill as well as giant slalom, the Utah native also notched solid World Cup numbers. The highlights? Try 12th in the famed Lauberhorn downhill in Wengen and 11th in the Kitzbuehel super combined. Needless to say, coaches and teammates have Goldberg tabbed as one of the next best four-event skiers in the U.S. behind guys like Bode Miller and Ted Ligety. Maybe that’s why he still has Miller’s photo on his wall.
