The Austrian Ski Association announced its team for the Olympic season, including two new men and five new women to the 111-member squad. For the 2021-22 season 57 men and 55 women make up the national A, B, and C teams. Missing from the team are recent ÖSV team retirees Marc Diruber and Christopher Neumayer. 

Seven Austrians have been promoted and returned to the national team. On the men’s side, five men were promoted to the highest team including Otmar Striedinger, the Austrian super G national champion. Standout Matthias Mayer leads the veteran squad alongside Marco Schwarz and Vincent Kriechmayr. For the women Christine Scheyer and Tamara Tippler lead the five new members to the ÖSV team. Franziska Gritsch, Ricarda Haaser, Cornelia Hütter, Katharina Liensberger, Chiara Mair, Nina Ortlieb, Nicole Schmidhofer, Ramona Siebenhofer, and Katharina Truppe round out the national squad.
