The German Ski Association (DSV) joins the list of nations who have made their selection for the season ahead. 13 women on the top team and 16 men will represent Germany on the World Cup tour for the 2020/21 winter.

Last season, Thomas Dressen led the men’s team with a top result in the downhill, finishing second in the discipline overall behind Switzerland’s Beat Feuz. He ranked ninth in the world overall by the end of the 2019-20 season. Viktoria Rebensburg was on track to have higher marks by the end of the 2019-20 season but suffered a season-ending injury in the Garmisch super G in early February. Despite this, she finished in the top 10 overall, as well as in the giant slalom, downhill, and super G.
