Austrian ski racing stars Benjamin Raich and Marlies Schild have renewed their agreements with Atomic skis.

The pair, who are engaged to me married, have 71 World Cup victories and seven Olympic medals between them and will remain on Atomic gear through 2014 including big events at the 2013 World Championships and Sochi Olympic Games.

“It is a very successful cooperation with a lot of potential, this is why we’ve decided to prolong it,“ said Raich.

“Atomic works just as hard on the success as I do,” added Schild. “All of us are full of enthusiasm for this wonderful sport.“

Atomic race director Rudi Huber is more than pleased to continue the partnership. “Marlies Schild is a serial winner, she is a leader in ladies’ skiing, she is an icon for Atomic and contributes her unique know-how to the development of material,” he said. “Just like Benjamin Raich, who is Mr. Atomic for me. And he’s still full of plans and ambitions.”

Schild’s sister Bernadette Schild also extended her agreement with Atomic through 2014.
