Ted Ligety’s trophy collection takes a hit in shipping mishap
Ted Ligety recently posted an unfortunate unboxing video of his hard-earned trophies on Instagram. The trophy collection had been shipped from the Head ski factory, where they were being stored.
Sadly, only 40% of the trophies survived the trip in one piece. “Needless to say the crystal trophies from Kranjska and Alta Badia didn’t fair well,” he wrote.
The trophies may be broken but the wins are etched in stone. Sorry, Ted.
