In a recent interview with Mikaela Shiffrin, NBC Sports catches up with the 25-year-old to discuss the abrupt end of the ski season and adjusting to life in the absence of her father, Jeff Shiffrin. February and March were rocky months for Shiffrin and her family, but Shiffrin notes that self-quarantining has given her an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and look forward as she begins her mental and physical work for next season.
