Custom Program Sales Manager

Remote/ Full-Time

Overview

Our growing mountain apparel business is seeking an experienced, motivated team member to contribute to the growth and success of the Custom sales channel within SYNC. Custom includes all sales (personalized or not) to ski teams and clubs, corporations, and other large organizations. We aim to be the easiest company in the winter sports industry to do business with, and you will be a major part of fulfilling that vision.

Essential Functions

Manage existing team and club customers to develop long-standing brand loyalty, nurture and grow relationships

Manage orders from placement to delivery through team stores and bulk orders

Maintain a deep knowledge of product line function, fit, and features and current inventory

Respond promptly, articulately, and thoroughly to all inquiries and requests

Takes initiative to avoid and resolve conflicts by offering alternative solutions to meet customer needs

Report regularly on company Objectives and Key Results to management

Put in place best practices for any processes that can be improved

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree required 

Background in ski racing or the ski industry required

5+ years of Customer Service and Sales experience preferred

Competency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred 

Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Trello, Monday.com, or other CRM platforms 

Core Competencies

Must have great attention to detail and be inherently organized 

Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed 

Must be able to analyze and solve problems on your own

Must communicate effectively and efficiently in person, via email, and on the telephone

Must be able to understand customer needs and develop appropriate and prompt solutions

Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Salary is based on skill and experience level. Range: $60,000-$80,000

Available as a fully remote position. 

Employment on a full-time basis, with some weekend commitments. 

Custom Program Operations Manager

Essential Functions

Utilize multiple systems and processes to manage orders, inventory, shipping, and delivery 

Support account management for Custom Program clients

Owns the creation of product mockup designs and building online team stores

Supports the embellishment process and ensures on-time product delivery

Works closely with multiple embroidery partners and nurtures relationships

Manage orders from placement to delivery through team stores and bulk orders

Maintains a deep knowledge of product line function, fit, and features and current inventory

Takes initiative to avoid and resolve conflicts by offering alternative solutions to meet customer needs

Report regularly on company Objectives and Key Results to management

Constantly seeks ways to improve processes

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree required 

Background in ski racing or the ski industry preferred

5+ years of operations-related experience preferred
