Previous owner of Ski Racing and Michael Wommack settle{mosimage}Michael Wommack brought a lawsuit against the prior owners of Ski Racing magazine as a result of an article they published concerning him. Earlier this year the prior owners of Ski Racing magazine settled that litigation to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. When the prior owners of Ski Racing magazine published the article they were not aware that Mr. Wommack suffers from severe migraine attacks. the prior owners of Ski Racing magazine regret that they did not check with Mr. Wommack before they published the article because if they had they would have learned that fact. The prior owners of Ski Racing magazine sincerely apologize as they did on May 11, 2004 for the statements they made and the impact they had on Mr. Wommack and his family.
