IN BOTH DIVISIONS, points made the difference between making it into the Ski Racing Fantasy League playoffs, or succumbing to the humiliation of playing for next years top draft pick.
The top teams in both divisions underscored their power with Moser-Proell Division leader Interosseous Membrane capturing the high point total of the week and Stenmark Division Leader Sammyz Slammers registering the second highest score.
The Slammers devastated the defending league champ Team PMS 307-95 sending the latter to the elimination ladder. Marlies Schild accounted for 236 of the Slammer 307 total with Didier Cuche collecting the remaining 71 points. PMS tried to counter punch with Ana Jelusic and Nicole Hosp but couldn't beat Schild's slalom win.
The Smokin' Mirrors rolled through Dave's Dumpster Divers scoring small amounts in every possible category, topped by Benjamin Raich's slalom podium. The Divers could only come up with 40 total points making the Mirror task an easy one. Kevlar Lederhosen needed all of it's four game win streak in moving into play-off position, dispatching the Hammers with Raich in an overall slot and Julia Mancuso's GS points. Despite a final week loss, Rand Corporation makes the play-offs just out-pointing Team PMS for the final divisional slot. Ranger Rick put the hurt on the Corp getting 40 from Kalle Palander in two positions and 50 more from Marco Buechel.

Interosseous Membrane looks like a team built to go the distance after massing a 366 point total with Erik Guay contributing 160 and in-seaon pick-up Mario Matt with 100 in the slalom hole. The Membrane powered past Hilary's Hellacious Hardcore, which didn't get the help it needed from Anja Paerson or Genevieve Simard. The Destroyers rolled into the play-offs with its seventh straight win, this time putting down the Ribbons thanks to a pair of second place results from Johan Grugger and Nicole Hosp. The Ribbons, a force early in the season, didn't get enough from Aksel Svindal or Hermann Maier and lost out on a play-off spot to the Birds of Pray. The Balloon Animal Commandos got the week's win over the Birds thanks almost entirely to Tanja Poutiainen's two podiums, but will watch the play-offs from the elimination bracket. The Blacks finally began to kick into form hitting Michaela Kirchgasser for the GS win and a taming of the White Circus Watch, but it was too little, too late and served only to move out of the divisional basement.

Forum League
Go figure, the bottom team in the league collected the high point total in the Forum League with MGB busting up Extremeskier with 130 from Nicole Hosp, 80 from Tanja Poutainen in slalom and 50 from Anja Paerson in GS. Extremeskier had the third highest point total of the week, but when you go against number one not even Marlies Schild in an overall spot can save you. Kashalot earned the number one seed for the play-offs with a drubbing of Dewitt Cave powered by Schild's slalom win, a podium from Benny Raich and a GS podium from Nicole Hosp. The Cave nearly was shut-out, mustering 18 last minute points from Thomas Grandi in slalom to at least make double digits. Sbktski polished off the second seed position with an easy win over Skibum despite no position gaining more than 56. NY8739jr pushed Tristate Alumni into a five game skid with Paerson, Marco Buechel and Raich each providing numbers divisible by ten. The Alumni's best scoring came from Kalle Palander in the slalom as Bode Miller and Hermann Maier in a pair of positions couldn't break 20.
