Down Tiime Episode 4: Maui

As Down Time: The Summer Sessions continues, the location shifts to the Hawaiian islands where Julia Mancuso and Resi Stiegler both like to spend a little time away doing “something completely different” than ski racing, Stiegler says.
    Mancuso spent much of her childhood in Maui and says the ocean has been calling her back ever since. “I’m pretty much out all day,” Mancuso says of her time in Hawaii. While there she does a little bit of everything, from surfing and sailing to spending time in the gym staying in ski racing shape.
    “It’s really important for me as an athlete and a human to get away from skiing,” Stiegler says before trying her hand at various water sports in the sand and surf.
