Thinsulate insulation is pleased to be celebrating "30 Years of Innovation" in 2008. It's been three decades since 3M first began inventing a family of products that captured consumers' attention: thin insulation that provides warmth without bulk.  Thus, the Thinsulate insulation brand was born — the first thin synthetic insulation that gave consumers new choices beyond down and wool to keep warm and comfortable. This revolutionary insulation has been embraced by apparel manufacturers, retailers and consumers alike and has since become one of the most well-known insulation brands on the market today.
The current line of Thinsulate insulation products includes Thinsulate LiteLoft(tm) insulation, Thinsulate Ultra insulation, Thinsulate Supreme insulation and Thinsulate Flex insulation. Thinsulate insulation is the official insulation of the U.S. and Canadian Alpine and Para-Alpine Ski Teams. For more information, visit www.3M.com/Thinsulate.
