PSIA-AASI Partners with Rival Films

According to a statement released by the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) and American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI),According to a statement released by the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) and American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI), a new partnership has been formed between the organizations and Rival Films. PSIA-AASI has secured the Utah-based film company to produce several ski and snowboard-related projects for television distribution and snowsports industry websites. The films are set to launch in Fall of 2009.

Rival Films, founded in 2001, has been the official production company for Ski Racing magazine and skiracing.com since 2006. The company produces non-fiction feature-length movies and short films for theatrical, broadcast, World Wide Web and home video release. Their work has aired, to much acclaim, on networks such as ESPN Classic, The NHL Network, PBS,CNN, NBCSports.com, NBCOlympics.com, Fox Sports Net, MSG Network, ComcastSportsNet, Altitude Sports & Entertainment, and affiliates for all four major networks.
