A front-page Web site plea from FIS asks those with AOL e-mail services to contact the office by phone. A statement read: "Despite numerous attempts to correct the problem FIS has yet to receive a reaction from AOL to lift the block it has placed on e-mails sent from FIS addresses (@fisski.ch and @fisski.com)."
The organization reports the problem is not just from the FIS offices, but includes any e-mails sent to staff, or anyone with a FIS e-mail address. The problem is being addressed by FIS staff, but until AOL reacts to the situation a resolution is unlikely.
