Lindsey Vonn fell hard Wednesday morning during a super G training run at Copper Mountain, CO. After her right ski pre-released Vonn was able to stay upright for about 100 yards then crashed, twisting her left knee. Reports from medical treatment and an MRI at the Steadman-Hawkins Clinic at the Vail Valley Medical Center showed a bone bruise to her left knee but no ligament damage. She has since been released from the Center and doctors will continue to monitor her over the upcoming days. Coaches have not yet ruled her out for the Aspen GS and slalom World Cup races Nov. 29 and 30.
