Marcel Hirscher breaks leg in enduro bike race

Since retiring from ski racing in 2019 after 137 World Cup podiums and 67 wins, Marcel Hirscher has taken up competitive enduro motorbike racing, and in his most recent Instagram post, he discloses that he sustained a season-ending injury during his most recent race.
Hirscher crashed and broke his leg at the “Red Bull Romantics” enduro rally. In the video announcing his injury, he indicates that he plans to make a comeback next year.
While Hirscher is no longer on the ski racing circuit, he clearly has not stopped looking for adrenaline rushes, even if it means a little extra metal in his leg.
