Candidates for the Green Mountain Valley School positions must have a passion for skiing, demonstrate a strong commitment to athlete development, and have a proven track record of quickly developing rapport and helping athletes continuously improve.

Candidates should value access to world-class training facilities, show a keen interest in supporting athletes throughout the year, and understand the tenets of long-term athlete development. In addition, candidates must be effective communicators, well-organized, and prepared to lead and manage a small group of athletes.
