As Olympic dreams become reality, Vail Mountain School proudly celebrates alumni competing on the world stage. From balancing academics and elite training to representing their countries internationally, these athletes embody the character, dedication, and sense of belonging cultivated within the VMS community.
Olympians Jessie Diggins, Ben Ogden, and Julia Kern headlined the 2025 Climb to the Castle rollerski race in Wilmington, NY. Perfect fall weather greeted 76 competitors for this grueling 5-mile climb up Whiteface Mountain, with Ogden and Diggins capturing overall victories.
Athletes and coaches from the U.S. Ski Team completed a weeklong certification experience with PSIA professionals.
