St Moritz SG

The St. Moritz Super-G finale was canceled due to unstable weather, delaying Lauren Macuga and Lindsey Vonn’s next opportunity to compete until St. Anton in January.

The first of two St. Moritz super-G races delivered excitement from start to finish, with Lindsey Vonn’s much-anticipated comeback adding a historic layer to the event. While Austria’s Cornelia Hütter claimed victory and a star-studded podium showcased the best in the sport, Vonn’s 14th-place finish proved she remains a formidable competitor. The race also highlighted strong performances from the Italian team, which placed four skiers in the top six, demonstrating their dominance in speed events.
