A snowstorm rolled into Kvitfjell, Norway overnight taking away any chance of conducting the third and final World Cup event at the site Sunday. Racers must now contend with World Cup Finals beginning at Are, Sweden Wednesday.

Seven men remain in mathematical contention for the super G crown. Hermann Maier has a scant 19 point lead on Aksel Svindal, and Didier Defago is only two points back from that. It would be a harder road for the four through seven skiers, Werner Heel, Klaus Kroell, John Kucera and Didier Cuche respectively, but one of these seven will take the title.

Maier has won the super G crown and unprecedented five times, the last in 2004 and Svindal won in 2006.
