OLN® offers the Winter Revolution, a weekly show hosted by veteran commentator Al Trautwig and dedicated to keeping viewers current with the latest in the world of winter sports. Winter Revolution debuts Jan. 5 and will air every Wednesday from 9:00 – 11:00 PM ET. With the Olympic Games around the corner, OLN will follow the athletes and stories of this seminal season, and feature U.S. star Bode Miller, the current king of the downhill. The program will cover competitions from around the globe, including World Cup Alpine and Freestyle Skiing, Snowboarding, Cross Country Skiing and Ski Jumping from different winter destinations each week. Gear reviews, athlete profiles, and travelogues will round out the program and make it a weekly destination for all winter sports fans.

Bode Miller is poised to have a stand out season, and Winter Revolution’s weekly exclusive Bode on the Bus segment will give viewers the insight they crave into this outspoken king of downhill racing. Bode on the Bus will follow the adventures of the 2004 Overall World Cup Giant Slalom Champion as he travels to various competitions in his customized bus, preparing for the 2006 Olympic Games. Bode has had a stellar start to the season, dominating the competition and leading in the point standings. Each segment of Bode on the Bus will originate from a different site in Europe during the World Cup season, giving viewers a chance to spend time on and off the slopes with downhill skiing’s favorite bad boy.

‘This is going to be an outstanding season for the U.S. Ski Team and U.S. Snowboarding – Bode Miller is on fire, and the U.S. team is stronger than it has been in years’ said OLN President Gavin Harvey. ‘OLN’s Winter Revolution is going to be right on the front lines, bringing these best-in-class events and world-class athletes to primetime. Skiing and snowboarding are roaring back, and it will be televised on our Winter Revolution.’

OLN’s winter coverage does not stop with Winter Revolution. The network will also air USSA and FIS events as stand alones throughout the season. For a full schedule, please visit www.olntv.com.
