Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Alpine Ski Racing Program Director to lead our program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all levels of alpine racing, from introductory to FIS levels. This role involves managing a cohesive coaching staff that prioritizes athlete development within a collaborative, respectful environment. Full-time position September through May with potential for full-time year-round opportunities.
