Are you a young woman building your career as a ski coach? Strengthen your expertise in bootfitting and ski preparation—two key components of athlete support—at a fully funded, hands-on seminar from May 19–21 in the Austria–Italy region.
EWAS (Empowering Women in Alpine Skiing), with support from Erasmus+ and the European Commission, leads this seminar, which is designed to deliver more than just theory. You’ll gain expert instruction, apply your knowledge through practical sessions, and receive full travel cost reimbursement through EU grant funding.
You can also join a joint training camp with FIS athletes in Cortina, Italy, from May 13–16, where you’ll coach in a high-performance alpine environment.
Eligibility notice: This opportunity is available only to European coaches or coaches currently working in Europe. Due to overwhelming interest from outside the region, we can only consider applicants based in Europe.
