About Phil McNichol

Currently the athletic director for the Sun Valley Ski Eduction Foundation, Phil McNichol was previously the U.S. Ski Team’s head men’s coach and held a number of positions on the development level prior to that. McNichol has also run his own winter sports consulting company, Top Out Sports, Inc., working with over 30 national federations, ski clubs, academies, ski schools and corporations, through which he created and produced the Alpine Rockfest, an independent made-for-TV alpine racing event in Northern Italy that was held from 2009 until 2014.
