Bio: Dr. Benjamin Costa, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist who brings forward his history of competitive alpine ski racing to intersect with his current expanding knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation to better serve skiers. He is a rotational physical therapist for the United States Ski Team at domestic and international training camps. He is also the owner of Telephysio PT which aims to provide online injury prevention, rehabilitation, and sports performance for skiers, with more convenient scheduling times and location, to help them rip the mountain.
