GMVS is seeking coaches for the 2025-2026 season for their growing Junior Race program.
Candidates must have a passion for skiing and a strong commitment to developing young athletes. A background in ski racing is beneficial and a willingness to learn and grow as the sport evolves. A collaborative and supportive coaching style is essential, and an ability to work with a variety of constituents within the GMVS community.
The GMVS Junior Program runs the first weekend in December through the last weekend in March. A commitment to Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season is required, with an opportunity to add some weekday afternoons for those who are interested and available. Opportunities are available among all age groups (U8-U14).
GMVS pays a competitive daily rate, provides a Sugarbush pass, and offers an amazing team to work with and learn from. GMVS will support coaches in obtaining or renewing U.S. Ski & Snowboard and VARA memberships, and coaching certifications.
