NYSEF is excited to once again offer a premier summer on-snow training opportunity in Les 2 Alpes, France. Since 1980, NYSEF has provided athletes with international summer training experiences designed to build mileage, refine technical skills, and introduce tactical elements of slalom and giant slalom in a high-quality glacier environment.
This project is open to athletes born in 2014 and older. Athletes born in 2015–2016 may attend with approval from their Head Coach.

Training Philosophy
The Les 2 Alpes project focuses on building strong skiing fundamentals through:
- High-volume free skiing to gain mileage and experience
- Directed free-skiing to improve technical skills
- Introduction to tactical skills in SL and GS
- Training in age-appropriate environments designed to support long-term athlete development
Location
Les 2 Alpes, France
Athletes will train on the Les 2 Alpes Glacier, one of Europe’s premier summer ski training venues.
Cost
Estimated Cost: Approximately $4,000
Cost Includes:
- Meals
- Lodging
- Ground transportation to/from Les 2 Alpes
- Lift tickets and training lanes
- Coaching fees
Cost will be finalized by June 1, 2026 based on exchange rates and number of athletes.
Deposit Pricing:
- $4,000 with deposit by April 20
- $4,500 with deposit after April 20

Flights
NYSEF staff will travel on a designated flight itinerary (TBD). Athletes should purchase flights through Winter Park Travel, with the final itinerary posted once confirmed.
Coaching Staff
Athletes will train with experienced NYSEF coaches, including:

- John Morgan
- Kate McKenna
Additional coaches will be confirmed based on the number of athletes attending.
