The Pocono Alpine Ski Educational Foundation (PASEF) is seeking alpine coaches for its U10-U18 programs, as well as Alpine Development coaches. Renowned as one of the premier mountain sports clubs in the area, the Competition Center at PASEF offers youth ski and snowboard programs during the winter months. To further develop athletes’ skills, they also recommend summer and fall camps that focus on off-season training.
PASEF is dedicated to providing each participant with the keys to achieve their highest potential as an athlete, person, and competitor. Through the enjoyment of sport, each athlete’s commitment, desires, dreams, and failures can provide significant life lessons. They work closely with Camelback Resort’s mountain operations department. which enhances their ski and snowboard training and competition opportunities.
Qualifications
- USSS Level 100 certification (or willingness to obtain during the 25/26 season)
- Ability to work weekends and holidays during the winter season
- Strong communication and athlete development skills
- Passion for skiing, coaching, and mentoring young athletes
