Beaver Creek, Colo., Nov. 22, 2024 — The International Ski Federation (FIS) has confirmed that the men’s Stifel Birds of Prey Audi FIS Alpine Ski World Cup will proceed as scheduled Dec. 6-8, 2024, at Beaver Creek Resort. The FIS announced the course has passed “snow control” and is ready to host the downhill, super G, and giant slalom races.

The FIS plans to conduct snow control for the women’s Stifel Birds of Prey, set for Dec. 14-15, on Saturday, Nov. 30.

“Beaver Creek’s Mountain Operations Team, Race Department, and Mother Nature delivered more than three feet of natural snow since Nov. 1,” said Sarah Franke, Birds of Prey Event Director at the nonprofit Vail Valley Foundation. “We are thrilled the Birds of Prey course is ready to welcome the world’s fastest alpine ski racers.”
