The Franconia Ski Club (FSC) is currently seeking alpine racing coaches to support its growing program for the 2026/27 season.
FSC provides young athletes with the opportunity to enjoy and achieve excellence in skiing and ski racing. The club is a U.S. Ski & Snowboard Gold Certified program based at Cannon Mountain’s Mittersill Race Venue in Franconia, New Hampshire.
Available positions include:
- Full-time seasonal coaching positions working with FSC’s Winter Term program for athletes U12 and older
- Part-time weekend coaching positions for all age groups
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills and a passion for athlete development. Previous coaching and/or racing experience is preferred.
Applicants must meet all U.S. Ski & Snowboard requirements for youth coaches. Candidates should hold a current U.S. Ski & Snowboard coaching certification (Level 100 or higher), or be willing to obtain certification during the 2026/27 season.
Compensation is dependent on experience and certification level. Negotiable housing options are available upon request.
