The photo of Bode Miller puffing on a big honking cigar caught the most attention in Europe, as he participated in an event billed as the skiing/golf World Championships  at Zell am See – Kaprun, Austria.

Swede Patrik Jaerbyn, who resides in the U.S.  won the world title by acing the golf portion after finishing third in GS.
