Ski Racing
sat down with FIS President Gian Franco Kasper during the alpine World Cup opening weekend in Sölden, Austria.

In the second of four installments this week on skiracing.com, FIS President Gian Franco Kasper speaks of the implications of last season's snowless winter in Europe and its effects on snowsport. "We lost many races," Kasper says, adding that most of those were lost on the lower, developmental levels of the sport. "It's really difficult to get [those kids] back," Kasper says.
