For the second time in three seasons, Switzerland’s 31-year-old Lara Gut-Behrami proved to be the World’s best female super-G skier. Gut-Behrami is known for her ability to see the demands of the course during the inspection and then precisely execute her race plan. She is a great skier who, during her career, has won 37 World Cups in four disciplines and achieved the overall title in 2016.

Gut-Behrami is second among all active female skiers on the wins list and tied for seventh all-time with Austria’s Marlies Schild.

Gut-Behrami scored 532 World Cup GS points during the 2022-23 season. It represents the most giant slalom points she has accumulated in a season. The second most was 472 points during her 2016 overall winning campaign.
