Marker and Völkl’s U.S. headquarters are based at 112 Etna Road, Lebanon, N.H. 03766, where sales, marketing, customer service, and finance functions are housed.

 
LEBANON, N.H.—Marker-Völkl USA, U.S. distributor for two leading winter sports brands, moved its U.S. operations recently to new facilities in Lebanon and Claremont, N.H. Marker and Völkl’s U.S. headquarters are based at 112 Etna Road, Lebanon, N.H. 03766, where sales, marketing, customer service, and finance functions are housed.
    Relocating within the same vicinity—the Upper Connecticut River Valley of Vermont/New Hampshire, enables both brands to keep key personnel in place. "With the bulk of production for both Marker and Völkl in Europe, it made both financial and strategic sense to maintain a location in the Northeast. Also, moving to such a nearby location made for a seamless transition for all of our staff who make these brands tick day in and day out,” said Mike Noonan, president of Marker Völkl USA.
    Shipping, Warranty and Racing Services now operate out of the company’s warehouse facility, located nearby at 427 Washington Street, Claremont, N.H. 03743. All phone numbers and phone extensions remain the same.
   In order to continue to service Marker and Völkl dealers in the best way possible, maintaining direct control over sales, marketing, customer service, warranty, finance, warehousing and distribution was key to the new arrangement.
