Neureuther to judge kids’ talent show on TV
From the slopes to the TV studio, Felix Neureuther has picked up an additional job this offseason. The World Cup star will serve as a judge on the TV show “Superkids – The Biggest Little Talent in the World” which is set to air on the SAT. 1 channel in Germany starting Sep. 11.
Similar to “America’s Got Talent”, the show is searching for exceptionally gifted musicians, brainiacs, comedians or dancers with a special twist: they all have to be between four and 14 years old.
Joining Neureuther on the show will be host Chantal Janzen and additional judge Henning Wehland, who is best known as the lead singer of the German band H-Blockx.
Contestants on the show draw from a worldwide search and include a 10-year-old boy from China who can simultaneously solve two Rubik’s Cubes with his hands and feet. In total, 36 children will be featured on the series.
