Owl’s Head and Bromont | February 9–13, 2026
The women’s Nor-Am tech circuit moved north to Québec from February 9–13, delivering five high-level races across two venues. With one make-up slalom at Owl’s Head followed by a full tech block at Bromont, the week featured stacked international fields, World Cup-caliber athletes, and breakout performances from the next generation.
The series opened at Owl’s Head with a slalom rescheduled from early-season cancellations at Copper Mountain before shifting to Bromont to conclude the week with one slalom and two giant slalom races on one of the East’s most demanding pitches.
February 9 | Slalom | Owl’s Head
Owl’s Head hosted a sprint-style slalom on a course that demands tactical precision and full attack. A small pitch off the start builds speed into a long flat section before rolling into a mellow pitch toward the finish, rewarding athletes who carry momentum and maintain rhythm without breaking and slowing down anywhere.
Logan Grosdidier rose to the occasion, taking the win against a strong international field. Austrian skier Franziska Gritsch secured second place, while Viktoria Zaytseva of Ski and Snowboard Club Vail rounded out the podium in third.
The opening race set the tone for the week, highlighting both depth and international presence across the Nor-Am circuit.

February 10 | Giant Slalom | Bromont
The circuit moved to Bromont for the remainder of the series, where a challenging slope with a decisive steep pitch into the finish would test technical precision and physical endurance, especially with the cold temps.
With 67 women on the start list, the field featured multiple World Cup-caliber athletes, raising the level of competition throughout the day. Austria’s Franziska Gritsch captured the victory with two composed, consistent runs.
Katie Hensien, arriving from the World Cup circuit without Nor-Am points and therefore starting deep in the field with bib 31. Battling a worn-in course, she delivered two strong runs to surge onto the podium, tying for second with 2008-born standout Logan Grosdidier — an impressive result for the young American against such a stacked field.
Bromont’s terrain rewarded skiers who managed pressure effectively on the steep pitch while staying dynamic and clean through the flatter sections.
