Okemo Mountain School: Assistant U14/U16 Alpine Coach
Position: Assistant U14/U16 Alpine Ski Racing Coach
Location: Ludlow, Vermont
Season: December–April
Schedule: Midweek and weekends
Okemo Mountain School (OMS) is seeking an assistant U14/U16 alpine ski racing coach to join its experienced coaching staff for the winter season.
OMS is looking for an enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills who is eager to learn, grow and contribute within a supportive coaching environment.
Prior ski racing and/or coaching experience is required. Candidates must also have the flexibility to travel to state and regional competitions throughout the season.
Okemo Mountain School supports the continued development of its coaching staff through continuing education opportunities and encourages coaches to pursue professional growth within the sport.
Qualifications
- Prior alpine ski racing and/or coaching experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, positive and team-oriented approach
- Interest in learning and developing as a coach
- Ability and flexibility to travel to state and regional competitions
- Availability for midweek and weekend training and racing from December through April

Okemo Competition Center: Assistant Alpine Race Coaches
Positions: Assistant Alpine Race Coaches
Age Groups: U10–U18
Location: Okemo Mountain Resort, Ludlow, Vermont
The Okemo Competition Center at Okemo Mountain Resort is also seeking assistant alpine race coaches to work with athletes ranging from U10 through U18.
Prior coaching and/or ski racing experience is desirable. The Competition Center is looking for coaches interested in contributing to its alpine racing program and supporting young athletes throughout the winter season.
