Stratton Mountain School (SMS) is excited to roll out the 2025-2026 Next Gen Camp schedule! These camps are designed to maximize athletic improvement through gate volume, drills, and video analysis. Come and take advantage of exceptional year-round opportunities for young athletes to train with SMS coaches and experience training at one of the premiere ski academies in the US.
Participants in the Next Gen Camps will receive personalized coaching tips on technique and tactics, which they can implement throughout the season. The Next Gen camps supplement on-snow training with daily video analysis and tech talks. Our goal is to build the next generation of ski racers, and we welcome everyone interested in competing at a higher level to join us for incredible training and a ton of fun!
The Next Gen camps are led by Junior Development Director Sydney Koop, and longtime Next Gen Director, Jim Sullivan. We maintain a low racer-to-coach ratio to ensure individual attention and maximum improvement. Additional SMS coaches enrich the camp through their expertise both on-and-off snow. Alpine Program Director and former US National Team coach, Mike Morin, designs the camps’ technical and tactical curricula to assure that all athletes receive the most cutting-edge instruction.
Stratton Resort provides the Next Gen Camps with an amazing training venue, which is complemented by the US Ski and Snowboard High Performance Center on the Stratton Mountain School campus.
The Next Gen camps have a long and successful history of helping young racers achieve their goals and we invite you to join us to develop a plan for achieving your best in 25-26 and beyond!
