SYNC’s Custom Team sat down with Rena Lunak, Program Director at SPAC, to reflect on their partnership with SYNC’s Custom Program over the last three years. 

Stevens Pass Alpine Club strives to foster a community where each athlete can reach their potential in competitive snow sports while embodying lifelong leadership and stewardship values. With a focus on both skill development and character building, SPAC is committed to creating an environment where passion for the sport thrives. Athletes primarily hail from the greater Seattle area, with a mix of new skiers and generational enthusiasts joining the ranks. The club’s mission resonates deeply with its diverse membership, offering opportunities for growth and development at all levels. 

For the past three years, SPAC has partnered with SYNC Performance to create a unified team identity through custom apparel. Before SYNC, the club faced challenges with inconsistent uniformity and ordering timelines. SYNC’s innovative Custom Program provided a solution, offering a user-friendly website for year-round ordering and streamlined communication.The convenience of ordering at any time and the dedicated support from SYNC’s team have streamlined the customization process and enhanced the overall experience for club members. 

“I can’t say enough about the year-round ordering. That’s so rare for companies when purchasing in bulk. I also consistently hear from club parents how amazing SYNC’s customer service is and that’s incredibly important.” 

SYNC’s Custom Program has significantly boosted team pride and member engagement within the SPAC community. “We see a lot of team pride thanks to the various offerings SYNC provides in our custom store. There’s not a weekend that goes by where I don’t see some SPAC swag that came from our custom SYNC store.”
