SYNC Performance invites driven U16–U21 ski racers across North America to apply
Applications are now open for the 2026/27 SYNC Team, a program supporting some of the most promising young ski racers across North America.
Each season, SYNC Performance brings together a select group of driven U16–U21 athletes who demonstrate strong performance, dedication to improvement, and a commitment to the broader ski racing community. These athletes proudly represent SYNC throughout the competitive season, both on and off the hill.
Created to foster connection within ski racing, the SYNC Team provides athletes with mentorship, performance gear and apparel, and a supportive team environment built for long-term development. Team members not only showcase exceptional skill in competition, but also embody the drive, resilience, and camaraderie that define ski racing at its best.
More than just fast skiing, the SYNC Team emphasizes growth, resilience, and connection. Athletes are supported as they navigate the demands of competitive ski racing while building relationships with teammates across regions and programs. Through product testing, feedback, and real-world experience, SYNC Team athletes also play a direct role in shaping the future of performance gear designed specifically for ski racers.
