Mt. Mansfield Academy, a U.S. Ski & Snowboard Gold Certified Club and the 2026 Alpine & Overall Club of the Year, is seeking a full-time Winter U12 Head Alpine Coach to lead its U12 program.
MMA is looking for a passionate, organized, and athlete-centered coach who can create a positive training environment, teach strong skiing fundamentals, support race preparation, and communicate effectively with athletes and families.
At Mt. Mansfield Academy, the culture is built on teamwork, respect, accountability, daily effort, and genuine care for each athlete. The U12 Head Coach will play an important role in helping young athletes develop confidence, discipline, independence, and a love for the sport while learning what it means to represent MMA.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead daily training sessions.
- Coach, support, and organize all program logistics.
- Assist with venue setup and race-day operations.
- Provide video analysis and feedback to support athlete development.
- Work closely and collaboratively with other MMA programs and staff to maintain consistency across the club.
- Communicate regularly with athletes and families.
Qualifications
- Alpine coaching experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A commitment to long-term athlete development.
- U.S. Ski & Snowboard certification.
