Lindsey Vonn announced on her Facebook page late Thursday (May 20) she was about to undergo Lasik eye surgery at the Maloney Vision Institute in Los Angeles. Friday she reported excitement over “how crisp and clear everything is.”
Vonn said both she and her husband Thomas had undergone the treatment to correct their vision. She said her readings were already at 20/20 in both eyes and expected to improve even more after “a few more days of healing.”
Thomas had his right eye treated and was ahead of that curve already registering 20/15.
“I can’t believe how crisp and clear everything is,” Vonn wrote. “I’m so excited.”
