With a clear vision of becoming one of Canada’s premier alpine racing programs, Devil’s Glen is actively investing in athlete development, coach education, and a modern, aligned high-performance environment.

The club is currently hiring coaches for U12, U14, and U16 programming.

Building With Intent

Devil’s Glen Racing is in the midst of a full overhaul of its Long-Term Athlete Pathway, creating a unified direction for athletes, coaches, and families across every level of the program.

At the same time, the club is implementing a shared technical and tactical framework built around:
