Alpine Racing Collective (ARC) — Park City, Utah
Multiple openings • All levels (U8, U10, U12, U14+)
Alpine Racing Collective (ARC) is a boutique youth alpine program based in Park City, Utah. We exist to develop strong, resilient young athletes within an inclusive and supportive team environment — where the health of the athlete and the integrity of the culture always come before results, rankings, or any individual agenda.
Demand for our program has created openings across all age groups — U8 through U14+ — from head coach to assistant to part-time roles. We cap enrollment at every level to preserve what makes ARC distinct. We are building our staff thoughtfully and will place every coach in the role where our athletes benefit most.
Our Core Principal
Every decision at ARC — roster structure, staff placement, training priorities — is made for the betterment of the athlete and the health of our team culture. Not for any one coach, family, or individual agenda. We expect our coaches to believe this as deeply as we do.

What Makes ARC Different
Athlete-centric, always.
Development over results. Character over rankings. We measure success in the long arc of an athlete’s growth, not a single race weekend.
Boutique by design.
A purposefully small 6:1 ratio so coaches can actually coach — not manage crowds. Every athlete is known, tracked, and developed individually.
Coaches grow here.
You report directly to our Alpine Director and benefit from structured coach development. ARC invests in training our staff so that the same beliefs, development philosophies, and technical standards are consistent across every age group — from U8 through U14+.
Capped with intention.
While demand creates openings across every age group, we deliberately limit enrollment to preserve our 6:1 ratio and boutique culture — creating genuine opportunity for coaches ready to join something built to last.
