At Apex, we are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of ski racers. Our camps are designed for motivated U12 and U14 ski racers to enhance their skills, build confidence, and thrive in a supportive, fun, and inclusive environment. These camps also serve as a stepping stone for those aspiring to join the Apex Academy full-time, while maintaining strong connections with their families, schools, and friends.

Focused on the fundamentals of GS and SL racing, each camp blends expert coaching, innovative workshops, and team-building activities. Hosted at some of Europe’s most iconic ski destinations, they provide world-class training alongside the camaraderie of like-minded athletes.

To support long-term athletic development, attending multiple camps is highly beneficial, offering repeated exposure to top-tier coaching and diverse training environments to ensure steady progress and lasting success.

This year, all our U14 and U12 projects will be Perform Better Camps, which are open to athletes from around the world. Priority will be awarded to Apex Winter Term athletes for the limited-sized camps and terms.

In addition to high-quality training camps, each project will include Perform Better education and habit-forming activities in the five areas of Apex’s unique Perform Better program (Eat Better, Move Better, Sleep Better, Think Better, Live Better).

Sasha Rearick, Alpine Performance Director, Apex2100, said, “We encourage young athletes to continue participating in high-level multi-sports, alongside skiing, that they love and enjoy. This can be an effective part of an athlete’s long-term development plan to learn a diversity of skills and abilities. We also know that it is important to follow best practices in the volume of training for their sport when there are clear goals to perform long term. We recommend 45 days of on-snow training for U14 athletes and 25 days for U12 athletes during the preparation period from April 15 to the end of November 2025.”

Natalia Pruska, Head Youth Coach Apex2100, said “The goal is to offer families more flexibility and find better solutions with the variety of school schedules we are working with. The goal is not to attend all the camps but to select those that best meet individual needs. We are here to offer guidance in building the program that will foster the best ski development while allowing kids to participate in family life back home with involvement in other sports and activities.”
