Despite early indications that she was OK, Isabella Wright is headed back to the U.S. for further evaluation after a crash in the St. Moritz super G on Sunday.

“Bella Wright crashed in Sunday’s super-G at St. Moritz, sustaining a right ankle injury,” according to the team. “She will be traveling back to the States to undergo further evaluation and therefore missing the Val d’Isere, FRA speed series. More information will be forthcoming.”
